## How the studio is organised

Six disciplines work in one delivery pipeline: application engineering (Rails,
React, TypeScript), storefront and extensions (Liquid, theme app extensions,
checkout UI), platform and infrastructure, product design (Polaris), QA and
release, and merchant support. Support replies are written by the engineers who
own the code. Every engagement includes two-person code review, staged releases
with a documented rollback, uptime and error monitoring with on-call escalation,
least-privilege Shopify scopes, GDPR-aligned data handling with deletion on
uninstall, source handover on request, and written architecture notes.

## What we do

We design and build Shopify applications end to end: Admin apps, theme app
extensions, storefront blocks, and integrations against the Shopify Admin and
Storefront GraphQL APIs. Typical stack is Ruby on Rails and React. We stay with
the apps we build rather than handing them over and moving on.
